    Course details

  • Recommended Prior Knowledge

    -

  • Objectives

The aim of this course is to provide the student with a solid basic training in mathematics and statistics, necessary for logical reasoning and understanding of the literature in the area of management, as well as for the good performance of the functions of a manager in the contemporary world.

  • Teaching Methods

    Theoretical-practical classes

The methodology combines the expository and interrogative methods, to introduce the theoretical concepts. This exhibition is accompanied by several illustrative examples, calling for student participation. It is also used the active method in the resolution of exercises (with the support of the teacher, individually or in a group) allowing the Student to consolidate the contents taught.
